Oksana Brenzovych is a contemporary Ukrainian artist. She is a woman who fascinated the viewer with her sense of color combination in such a short creative period. And she has just won the prestigious all-Ukrainian award "Woman of the Millennium". Oksana's paintings were presented at the Expo 2020 in Dubai (UAE), at numerous exhibitions and charity auctions: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others... The artist's scarves with images of her works were chosen by famous women of Ukraine and fashionistas from around the world.

Oksana is a true follower of the Transcarpathian school of painting, and her work is a wonderful expression of the original national color of Transcarpathia. Looking at her paintings, you can feel the colors living and almost spreading, the way the canvas pulsates and sways. All this tactility of her works gradually restores the ability to breathe and gives hope for true enjoyment of life. It is such a delicate way to enter the real world.

Of course, she departs from depicting the truth of nature; her style is distinguished by its clarity, expressiveness, and melody. As a metaphor, we can recall Hamlet's instruction to artists: their task is to hold up a mirror to nature. Of course, the mirror should not reflect nature literally. Oksana's works are just a mirror in which we see poeticized images and fleeting emotional states and experiences. The brushstroke becomes wider, and decorative spots and color "vibrations" become more characteristic of her paintings. The artist is engaged in creating form with the help of colored planes. Stylization, broad, restless strokes with different directions of movement, and a rich palette are characteristic features of the artist's artistic language. Hot, pure, decorative colors are symbols and signs of an unconquerable thirst for life.
